YWCA of Nashville & Middle Tennesse
26th Annual YWCA Celebrity Auction hosted by Martina McBride during CMA Fest
Position: Celebrity Auction Coordinator - I assisted with many aspects of the auction, but primarily I requested and retrieved donations of all kinds from country music stars, their management, labels and other affiliated entities. On auction day the event raised more than $72,000 for the Weaver Domestic Violence Center and online auction funds will soon come in.

Popular country music blogs like NashvilleGab.com wrote about the auction and national TV program The Insider posted the YouTube video on its Web site.

Workshop on Emergent Literacy for Middle Tennessee educators of children with special needs
Position: Workshop Coordinator - I disseminated announcements, consulted with staff and presenter, managed day-of logistics and summarized workshop evaluation.
